Thirunageshwaram Sri Naganathaswamy temple which is dedicated to Lord Shiva. The great part of Naganatha Swamy Tempe is that of Lord Rahu Sannithi. And the most important factor of temple is Milk Abhishekam for Rahu Bhagavan during Rahu Kalam.

During Milk abishekam, When milk is poured to the Deity (Rahu Bhagavan), It turns into Blue Colour. It is the most important aspect of Thirunageswaram Rahu Temple. This is also the only place wherein one can view Rahu bhagawan with his consorts.

Fornoon

  • 6.00 AM – 1.00 PM
  • 6.00 AM – 1.30 PM (On Saturdays & Sundays)

Afternoon

  • 4 PM – 8.30 PM
